Mint Medley Herbal Tea

This organic loose leaf Mint Tea is a refreshing blend of potent peppermint and spearmint, that will leave your mouth tingling. Serve it iced with honey on a hot Summer day. During the Winter it's perfect for a cozy evening by the fire, or to de-stress and wind down for a good night's sleep. It's also the perfect remedy for a scratchy throat or cough, or stomach discomfort.

Use 1 tsp - 1/2 tbsp of blend in 8 oz hot water. Allow to set for 15 minutes before straining. Add a little honey or sweetener for additional health benefits.
